Motorhome World are delighted to offer for sale this highly desirable SUNLIGHT V600 CLIFF 2 BERTH ON THE FIAT DUCATO CHASSIS WITH THE 2.3 140BHP DIESEL ENGINE. Externally this vehicle benefits from a large side entrance door, a Thule Orminster wind out awning, an electric retractable side entrance step, a twin bike rack, rear barn doors, a reversing camera, all round privacy glass and entrance hatch to the toilet cassette. As you enter the habitaion area the first thing you'll notice is the large Thetford Fridge/Freezer on your left. A Dometic combination twin ring gas hob & sink/tap. with ample worktop space to prepare your food. Directly below the worktop you have two base cupboards and a cutlery drawer. This space is lit well courtesy of the LED lights. To the back of the hob/sink there is a fire blanket. There is a sizeable overhead cupboard above the hob and sink. You also have an extendable table in the dining area which can be used in conjunction with the twin captains chairs. Above the captains chairs there is an open storage space which is in addition to the overhead cupboard at the dining table. As you enter the habitation area on your right you will see the main control panel for the rear of the vehicle along with the Truma heating/water control system. All windows in the habitaion area come with fly screens and blinds, as do the skylights in the vehicle. As you walk towards the toilet there is a fire extinguisher mounted on the wall with two coat hooks mounted above it. As you enter the bathroom room there is a Thetford cassette toilet, a corner wash hand basin and tap, a vanity mirror, open shelving and the mount for the shower head. The bedroom is at the rear of the vehicle. With the bed in place, you still have a sizeable storage area below. Above there are overhead lockers, 4 in total, for your bits & pieces. There is also a dividing panel under the bed that separates the garage area from the habitation area. This can be removed if you were carrying anything long (kayak). The mattresses can be completely removed if you were wanting to transport a lot of items. In the drivers cab you have cruise control, Garmin sat nav/reversing camera, dash cam, air conditioning, Sony music system (you can link your phone through this) 12v socket, USB sockets and Large electric side mirrors with incorporated indicators. This vehicle will come with a full HPI check and a NCC Habitation check.
